I began my career as an Executive Assistant in the rail industry. Working alongside various leaders across multiple disciplines, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the corporate world.
In 2018, I discovered my passion for work winning—the art of envisioning the big picture, strategically shaping a company’s future, and collaborating as a team to secure new business. Most recently, before founding Carter Fry, I worked as a Bid Director securing a 10-year framework contract worth over £1.2bn for a large blue-chip organisation.
My diverse background and strategic mindset are integral to Carter Fry's approach, helping our clients achieve their goals and drive business growth.
I've spent over two decades driving growth in high-value, complex engineering, systems, and infrastructure businesses, During that time my passion for innovation and value creation has remained constant.
Whether developing breakthrough technologies, bringing new products to market or securing high value contracts, I've honed the ability to cut through complex business challenges to identify effective, implementable strategies and transformational solutions.
Before founding Carter Fry, I held senior strategic leadership positions within a large blue-chip, where I drove growth of more than 200% over 5 years.
